Interpretation
The project total exceeds the price because acquisition costs are added. Capital reduces the loan. The payment applies only to the assumed 3.9% rate and 25-year term.
Sources and limits
Registration/transfer costs, notary, mortgage deeds and applicable VAT follow the selected existing regional pack. Estimates remain estimates; relief eligibility needs checking. Ongoing maintenance, individual insurance, personal tax and every bank offer are not fully modelled. Rate assumptions and budget indicators are not a credit approval.
Luxembourg configuration from the repository; the code records its subject-matter review as August 2026. The calculation preserves that rule set and does not constitute a new legal review. Eligibility, minimum duties and notary estimates need confirmation before purchase.
