PlaceProof is an information and simulation service operated by Tanael S.àr.l. This website does not broker properties, approve credit or provide individual legal or tax advice.
Interpreting results
Results depend on your inputs, regional rules and available sources. They are not a financing offer, valuation of a specific property, or individual legal, tax or investment advice. Verify consequential information with a bank, notary, adviser or competent authority. External data can be incomplete or unavailable.
Examples and your inputs
Public examples are identified as fictional or synthetic. They are neither real offers nor market forecasts. Opening an example does not save or replace your simulations. You decide how to back up and share your exported files.
Content and sources
Rights in original content and design remain with their respective holders. Maps, imagery and open data are governed by their stated source and licence terms, including OpenStreetMap/ODbL and Google attribution. Do not remove required source notices when reusing material; statutory usage rights remain unaffected.
Availability and statutory rights
Errors may occur despite careful development. Report reproducible problems to the operator. These terms do not limit mandatory statutory claims or liability that cannot legally be excluded. External links lead to services controlled by others.
